Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment Richard Lochhead accepts over 4000 consultation responses – calling for a Scottish Marine Bill with the environment at its heart – from Calum Duncan, chair of Scottish Environment LINK’s Marine Task Force.

The consultation on the Scottish Marine Bill closed on the 6th October. Thanks to your action, the Scottish Government can now be in no doubt of the support among people across Scotland for a Marine Bill that delivers effective protection for our seas and wildlife.
